10 Years of Making It Together: Blackhorse Workshop's Celebratory Weekend

Drop in anytime on Saturday 21 September between 10 - 5pm to see our special makers showcase, celebrating 10 amazing years of design and creativity at Blackhorse Workshop (2014 –2024). The exhibition will feature some stunning pieces of hand-crafted furniture, lighting design, metalwork and sculptural pieces by past and present users of the workshop.

We’ll be hosting special tours of the workshop and showcase will take place at: 10am, 11am and 2pm. Meet outside reception, no booking required.

These guided tours will finish with some special maker demonstrations on our wood lathes and hand-built forge.

And come back and join us on Sunday 22 September to celebrate our ten year making milestone (2014-2024), with music, games, food & drink and a spectacular birthday moment! All welcome!

This event is part of the William Morris Design Line open weekend.  Between 20-22 September 2024 makers and creatives across across Blackhorse Lane and Argall Industrial Area are opening their doors to celebrate design, craft and making. The event programme is part of London Design Festival and Open House Festival 2024.
